Volkan Arslan - Founding Partner

​​With almost 20-year career focused on market research and intelligence for business development, I bring a wealth of experience to the table. My approach is driven by a passion for understanding complex problems and delivering strategic solutions that foster business growth.
I have spent 13 years at a large financial public organization by analyzing markets and providing insights for international companies operating in Africa, Asia, and Europe to support their business development efforts. I worked with major international financial and development institutions.
During this time period, I had the privilege of advising high level executives, including Deputy Ministers, Ministers and the CEOs of international organizations.
Post pandemic, I’ve transitioned my expertise in market intelligence and business development to the extended warranty industry with a focus on innovative technologies.
My academic foundation is rooted in economics and finance, with degrees from:

Yasemin Kömürcü - Managing Partner

With over 15 years of experience in supply chain management, I have built a career marked by strategic leadership, operational excellence, and strong client relationship management. For 13 years, I worked at one of Turkey’s largest automotive tier-1 suppliers, beginning my career in customer demand management. Leveraging my proficiency in German, I initially managed German client accounts before progressing to Department Manager, overseeing the entire European customer portfolio.

As my responsibilities grew, I took on the role of Logistics Manager, leading supplier selection processes, managing annual supplier tenders, and playing an active role in establishing the company’s largest external warehouse in Bremen, Germany. I was responsible for the management of more than 15 warehouses across Europe, overseeing inventory movements, and ensuring accurate and timely invoicing for all shipments.

Today, I leverage the expertise gained throughout my career to provide business development consultancy, helping companies initiate new commercial relationships and strengthen their supply chains.
​
I hold both Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Industrial Engineering from Dokuz Eylül University.
